With a hands-on approach and thousands of hours in yoga training, Sara will create a custom practice to meet your goals and deepen your practice. If you'd like to gain strength and flexibility, or clarity and peace of mind Sara will work with you to support your growth as a yogi. Meditation and breathwork can also be incorporated into your practice.
Privates can be done in-house or in-studio. A consultation prior to your first session will help determine the structure of your personalized practice.
